Information Technology Overview
Information Technology supports the colleges in their use of technology and information resources. It is comprised of three units: Applications, Operations, and Educational Technology Services.

Applications
- Developing and maintaining custom software applications specific to the colleges and district
- Integrating various systems and applications (e.g., student information systems, learning management systems)
- Providing data analytics and reporting capabilities
- Planning and implementing upgrades to systems and applications
Operations
- Ongoing helpdesk technical support for students, faculty, and staff
- Support for administrative technology needs
- Maintenance of network infrastructure for wired and wireless connectivity
- Assistance with software applications installation, usage, and troubleshooting
- Ensuring cybersecurity of technology resources
Educational Technology Services
- Support for instructional computing needs, including computer labs and classroom technology
- Providing audiovisual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing tools, with installation, maintenance, and training
- Assistance with software applications installation, usage, and troubleshooting
- Offering consultations and training sessions for technology integration and software use
- Laptop loan program to provide equal access to technology for students
