Food Assistance

We offer three types of food assistance to students: Second Harvest Food Bank, gift cards to the Mission College Cafeteria (Saint's Café), and eGift cards to Walmart. Learn more about schedules and how to access each type of help below.

Boasting fresh produce, kitchen staples, and more, Mission Market addresses the needs of the student community.

Second Harvest 

Second Harvest Food Bank of Silicon Valley distributes drive-thru food every Tuesday from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. in Lot A.

Monthly FREE eGift cards for students enrolled in at least three units and meet weekly income requirements. 

E-Gift Cards

  • CalFresh - monthly benefits to assist low-income households in purchasing food they need to maintain adequate nutritional levels.  (CalFresh = SNAP = EBT = Food Stamps)
