Payment Plans

Students are required to pay for their classes at the time of enrollment, but there are some options! 

California College Promise Grant

California College Promise Grant waives enrollment fees and a portion of the parking permit charged to eligible California residents.

Financial Aid

Financial aid takes on different forms.

  • Grants: free money.
  • Work study: money earned through employment on campus.
  • Loans: money that has to be paid back with interest.
  • Scholarships: money received after being selected as a qualified applicant.

Financial Aid applications can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to 4-6 weeks, depending on what is submitted. This page describes the process.

NelNet Payment Plan

NelNet Payment Plan is a payment plan for the semester. To pay online visit My Mission Portal.

If you choose a Payment Plan, you can have the option of selecting they payment date you wish to make. It can be the 5th or the 10th the moth or the 15th or the 25th of the month after registering in the payment plan.

Payment Methods
  • Automatic bank payment (ACH.)
  • Credit card/debit card.
Cost to Participate
  • $20 enrollment fee per semester (ACH & credit card.)
  • $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned.

Payments are processed on the 5th, 10th, 15th, or 25th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.

Simple Steps to Enroll
  • Log in to your college portal-My Mission Portal or WVC portal using your G0#.
  • Under the "Student" tab select "Student Account."
  • Select "Payment-Direct Processing" botton of the menu.
