Placement for Math and English Courses
Self-Guided Placement
California Community Colleges are now assessing for Math and English course placement primarily using high school performance information. Mission College has developed a placement process to place students under the new practices.
All students have the right to access transfer-level coursework in Math and English. Mission College uses your US high school performance data to determine placement in English and Math, and offers a guided self-placement option for those unable to provide this data or for those who wish to explore the range of course offerings.
