Office Coordinator (MC CDC)

Lucille has served in the Early Childhood Education field for over 30 years, first as a teacher in the classroom for 2–6-year-old children, and in recently years as an administrator at a local private school. She joined the MC Child Development Center Lab in August 2023. She looks forward every day to providing all-around support to the teachers, staff and administration at the MC CDC. Lucille also teaches as an adjunct faculty at West Valley College’s Child Studies Department as well as a teacher trainer at a South Bay Montessori teacher training center.

Lucille has an MA in Child and Adolescent Development, a BS in Applied Mathematics, and a Primary Montessori Director Credential.

Fast Facts

Lucille loves driving on the coast along Hwy 1 and spending some time at the beach, even when it is cold. Besides English, Lucille also speaks Ilonggo, a Philippine dialect that has many similar words in Spanish.
