California Chafee Grant for Foster Youth

Foster Youth and/or Students Experiencing Homelessness

The California Chafee Grant Program awards funds to eligible current or former Foster Youth. Eligible Chafee applicants are required to be, or to have been, in foster care between their 16th and 18th birthdays, and must not have reached the age of 22 by July 1st of the award year.
